Datisca glomerata is in northern Baja California (Mexico), through California (below 2000 meters) into western Nevada, occurring along dry streambanks, on gravel bars, in washes and moist canyon bottoms, and at the edge of meadows. It tends to be occasional, or sometimes common locally.
