Taxonomic Comments
Kartesz (1994) recognized only Mimulus montioides, while the Flora of North America (vol. 17 2019) segregates Erythranthe from Mimulus, and then split several taxa from material formerly identified as montioides: Erythranthe montioides, E. calcicola, E. carsonensis, and E. discolor.
