Hedeoma dentata occurs in northern Mexico and the southwestern United States. It is found in central and southern Arizona (Graham, Gila, Cochise, Santa Cruz, and Pima Counties) and southern New Mexico, south into Sonora, Mexico (Villaseñor 2016).
Ecology & Habitat

Habitat

Rock crevices on steep, rocky slopes. Also, occasionally found along washes. 1220-2280 m elevation.
