Taxonomic Comments
Andrachne phyllanthoides was treated as distinct from A. arida by Kartesz (1994) - the treatment followed by this record. Leptopus phyllanthoides in the sense of Kartesz (1999) included A. arida. The FNA (vol. 12, 2016) treatment accepts them as the distinct species Phyllanthopsis arida and P. phyllanthoides.
