Taxonomic Comments
This record is for Botrychium lanceolatum in the broad sense recognized in Kartesz (1994, 1999) which includes B. lanceolatum var. angustisegmentum. Weakley et al. (2023) recognize that variety as a distinct species (B. angustisegmentum), leaving a narrower concept of B. lanceolatum which does not occur in the southeastern U.S.
