Taxonomic Comments
The varieties of Draba lonchocarpa recognized as distinct by Kartesz (1999) are not accepted as distinct from the typical by FNA (2010, vol. 7). FNA also expands the concept of D. lonchocarpa to include D. nivalis var. denudata, while Kartesz (1994) treats it as distinct.
