Taxonomic Comments
According to the Illustrated Flora of British Columba, Vol. 6, "This taxon is a hybrid between Pseudoroegneria spicata and Elymus lanceolatus (M. Barkworth, pers. comm.)". Treated as Elymus albicans by Kartesz (1999) and Flora of North America Editorial Committee (2007). Kartesz (1994) treated it as Elymus lanceolatus ssp. albicans.
