Description

Golden corydalis is an annual or biennial herb, growing from 1.5 to 6 dm tall. The leaves are pinnately compound, with the leaflets further dissected. The infloresence is a dense raceme, 1-3cm long, often surpassed by the upper leaves. The flowers are bright yellow, keeled, and 13 to 16 mm long including the 4-5mm long spur formed by the uppermost outer petal. The fruit are capsules, drooping at maturity, enclosing shiny black seeds.
