Taxonomic Comments
Dryopteris intermedia as recognized in FNA (1993, vol. 2) and Kartesz (1994, 1999) appear to be similar (as noted in Weakley et al. (2024)), but one possibly small difference is that the treatments in Kartesz include D. spinulosa var. concordiana in its synonymy while the treatment in FNA places that name in the synonymy of D. campyloptera.
