Range Extent Comments
Pinus strobus occurs in east central and eastern North America in Canada from Newfoundland west to Manitoba and south to South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Arkansas in the United States. It is introduced in Europe.
Occurrences Comments
Based on photo-based observations and herbarium records, there are over 300 occurrences (GBIF 2022, iNaturalist 2022).

While there may be some localized threats, there are no discernible rangewide threats of significance.
