Taxonomic Comments
This record is for the broad treatment of Spiraea betulifolia, including ssp. corymbosa and ssp. lucida, as recognized in Kartesz (1994, 1999). Lis in FNA (vol. 9, 2014) elevates Spiraea betulifolia ssp. corymbosa (= S. corymbosa) and S. betulifolia ssp. lucida (= S. lucida) to full species with S. betulifolia in this narrow sense not occurring in the range of the flora.
