Rank Reasons
Described in 2014. Known only from one population in a vernally wet meadow along the east slope of the Cascade Mountains in central Washington state. Threated by off-road vehicle use.
Range Extent Comments
Known only from Kittitas County, Washington, along the east slope of the Cascade Mountains (Darrach 2014). "Known only from the type locality with a small outlier subpopulation approximately 275 meters immediately to the west" (Darrach 2014).
Occurrences Comments
"The single known population is confined to three small patches" (Darrach 2014).
Threat Impact Comments
"Off-road vehicle threats to the population are serious and ongoing" (Darrach 2014). A decline in the winter snowpack resulting from climate change and insect herbivory are also threats (Darrach 2014).
