Taxonomic Comments
The Flora of North America (vol. 17 2019) expands the concept of Mimulus mephiticus (= Diplacus mephiticus) to include M. angustifolius, M. coccineus and M. densus, while Kartesz (1994) treats them as distinct and transfers to Diplacus.
