Taxonomic Comments
Hartman, Rabeler, and Utech (in FNA, Vol. 5, 2005) elevate Arenaria macradenia ssp. ferrisiae to a full species leaving A. macradenia ssp. macradenia as accepted by Kartesz (1994 and 1999) equivalent to their Eremogone macradenia.
