Range Extent Comments
Endemic to the Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range of Elko County, and in the Cherry Creek Range of northern White Pine County, Nevada. Found between 2400m-3170m elevation. Kartesz (1999) considers reports from Idaho and Oregon to be false.
Occurrences Comments
Fairly common habitat within its restricted range.
