Taxonomic Comments

FNA (2010, vol. 7) treats Streptanthus glandulosus more broadly than Kartesz (1994 and 1999), including what Kartesz (1994,1999) accepted as S. niger as a subspecies and S. albidus, with S. albidus ssp. peramoenus a part of S. glandulosus ssp. glandulosus. and S. albidus ssp. albidus as a distinct subspecies of S. glandulosus.
