Geranium wislizeni has been reported from southern Arizona, central New Mexico, western Texas and northern Mexico (at least Chihuahua, Durango) (at about 1000-2500 meters), occurring on (shady) hills and (cool) mountain slopes, in meadows and moist places.

Range Extent Comments

Southern Arizona: Chiricahua and Huachuca mountains (Cochise County) and near Ruby (Santa Cruz Co.); central New Mexico (two counties); mountains of west Texas; and northern Mexico (at least Chihuahua, Durango).
