Taxonomic Comments
Flora of North America Editorial Committee (2006) raises Agoseris glauca var. laciniata to full species level as A. parviflora. Both Kartesz (1994) and Flora of North America Editorial Committee (2006) do not include A. arizonica in their concept of this taxon. Kartesz (1994) recognized Agoseris arizonica as a distinct taxon from A. glauca var. laciniata. Flora of North America Editorial Committee (2006) includes A. arizonica in A. aurantiaca var. purpurea. Kartesz (1999) included A. arizonica in A. glauca var. laciniata.
