Taxonomic Comments
The name Gilia subacaulis (Aliciella subacaulis) was misapplied to Aliciella monoensis (Baldwin et al. 2012; Porter 2011). Aliciella subacaulis applies instead to a narrow endemic of Wyoming (Baldwin et al. 2012; Porter 2011). Kartesz (1999) has the misapplied sense of Gilia subacaulis which is equivalent to this record.
