Range Extent Comments
Endemic to California in the Great Central Valley, Central Western California, the Transverse Ranges, and the Mojave Desert (Hickman 1993).
Occurrences Comments
There are 99 accession records in the Consortium of California Herbaria as of March 2007 and the 34 mappable records are broadly distributed throughout the state. However, it is unknown how many occurrences these accessions represent.
