Taxonomic CommentsAs treated by Kartesz (1999 checklist), includes the more widespread species Clarkia deflexa; if these two are distinguished (as done by Lewis and Lewis, 1955), then Clarkia bottae is a much rarer species. LEM 11-9-99.
