Taxonomic Comments

Eryngium foetidum is native to Mexico, Central America, South America, and West Indies and is exotic in Florida (Weakley 2024). FNA (vol. 13, 2024) mentions that Eryngium foetidum is eaten but does not mention that it has escaped.
