Taxonomic Comments
Recognized by Kartesz (1994, 1999) in a narrow sense, as he also recognizes F. grayana, with synonyms F. biflora var. ineziana and F. roderickii. B.D. Ness in Hickman (1993) recognizes F. biflora var. biflora (syn. F. roderickii) and F. biflora var. ineziana. The CNPS (7/2000, online; Skinner and Pavlik 1974) and CNDDB (1/2000) recognize F. biflora var. ineziana and F. roderickii.
