Taxonomic Comments
Kartesz (1994, 1999) recognize Juncus saximontanus and J. tracyi as distinct spepcies. In contrast, FNA (vol. 22, 2000) includes Juncus saximontanus (= J. ensifolius var. montanus) as a variety of J. ensifolius and includes J. tracyi in it.
