Taxonomic Comments
This record is for the narrow treatment of Laphamia megalocephala (=Perityle megalocephala) which excludes L. intricata (=Perityle megalocephala var. intricata) as recognized in Lichter-Marck and Baldwin (2022) and in Yarborough and Powell's FNA treatment (2006, vol. 21) and Kartesz (1999) as Perityle megalocephala. Kartesz (1994) included Perityle megalocephala var. intricata.
