Taxonomic Comments
Kartesz (1994) treats Limnanthes alba and L. gracilis as distinct taxa. In addition, Kartesz (1994) recognizes L. gracilis ssp. parishii. FNA vol. 7 (2010) lumps L. alba and L. gracilis, retaining the infraspecific taxon, ssp. parishii, under L. alba.
