Taxonomic Comments
In Kartesz' 1999 Synthesis he lumps Tripleurospermum inodorum into T. perforata. Flora North America vol. 19 recognizes T. perforata in T. inodorum. These names are not nomenclatural synonyms, as the distribution of the two are not the same. However, it is possible that the distribution additions ( Greenland, Florida, California, Oregon, and Newfoundland) are simply areas where this non-native species has spread since 1999, the year of publication of Kartesz' Synthesis.
