Taxonomic Comments
Vaccinium alaskense is sometimes distinguised as a separate species (e.g., by Hulten, 1968), but is included in V. ovalifolium by Vander Kloet (1988), Kartesz (1994 and 9/98 review draft), and FNA (vol. 8, 2009).
