Occurrences CommentsIn California it only occurs in Santa Barbara Co. (McDonnell et al., 2009). In the Hawaiian Islands, it was first reported from O'ahu in 1985 with newer records from Kaua'i, Moloka'i, Lana'i, Maui, and Hawai'i (Hayes et al., 2007).
