Taxonomic Comments
Zika et al. (2015) recognized Luzula cascadensis, L. comosa (var. comosa and var. laxa), L. macrantha, and L. subsessilis as distinct. In contrast, L. comosa var. macrantha is included in L. comosa in Kartesz (1999).
