Taxonomic Comments
Genus Sittisax (Prószynski 2017) was removed from synonymy with Sitticus by Maddison et al. (2020). Breitling's (2019) synonymy of Sittisax with Sitticus was rejected by Maddison et al. (2020) based on phylogenetic results, which strongly support it as the sister group of Tomis.
