Taxonomic Comments
This record is for the narrow treatment of Erigeron compositus, excluding E. trifidus, as recognized in FNA (2006, vol. 20 and Kartesz 1994). Kartesz (1999) includes E. trifidus in E. compositus. All three treatments include E. compositus var. discoideus A. Gray and E. compositus var. glabratus Macoun in the synonymy of E. compositus.
